Media Buyer is responsible for maximizing the impact of advertising campaigns. Coordinates the development and execution of media and advertising plans that support the client's overall marketing strategy, tactics, message, and objectives. Being a Media Buyer uses analytics to design innovative strategies to ensure the client's marketing campaigns reach the target audience. Negotiates media buys, pricing, and media placement scheduling with vendors. Additionally, Media Buyer collaborates with stakeholders and vendors to execute plans and control pacing, optimization, and timelines for campaigns. Conducts research on new media strategies, platforms, and channels to utilize for future campaigns or ongoing campaign evolvement. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager. The Media Buyer work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. The Community Media Lead supports the work of the Marketing Department and entire ecosystem by ensuring information and opportunities are shared with community stakeholders in a timely, relevant, and inspiring manner.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The Community Media Lead is responsible for ensuring that community stakeholders -- including staff, board members, tribal council, and the general public – receive regular and clear communication regarding the work and impact of our ecosystem.

Associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team-oriented leadership ability. Able to meet deadlines while performing under pressure. Must possess critical thinking for insight and business acumen. Possess a commitment to excellence, integrity, and ethical conduct. Ability to communicate with various business professionals, Rosebud Sioux Tribe members, and others.
COMPENSATION:
Base wage $19.25 per hour dependent on education, qualifications, experience, and performance
