POSITION SUMMARY: As a media buyer at Ransom Digital, you will play an important role in planning, implementing and managing effective social media advertising campaigns.

NOTE: This is a full time, on-site position in Johnson City, TN 37604. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. We offer WFH on Fridays!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

Craft Stand-Out Campaigns:

• Step into the driver’s seat of creativity and strategy, spearheading Facebook and Instagram campaigns that stand out and drive results. Work hand-in-hand with our creative team, generating assets that resonate and captivate.

Manage Impactful Ad Campaigns:

• Become an architect of impactful Facebook and Google Ad campaigns. Decide how and where advertisements will show up , and to whom they will be shown.

Keep your Account Managers In the Know:

• Produce campaign pulse scorecards, and regular campaign reports with key KPI’s, and strategies for campaign improvement and optimization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment and can effectively manage high levels of uncertainty and change.

• Strong interest in marketing and advertising, eagerness to learn, and/or experience in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• High level of self-accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a relevant field is helpful, but not necessary.

• A valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from the office.

PAY/SALARY

Pay ranges between $39,000 and $45,000 yearly, commensurate with skills and experience. Additional bonuses are available, as are raises for performance.
