As a Media Buyer, you will play a key role in our marketing team by assisting the Marketing Director in daily media buying across various ad platforms including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Reddit. You will be responsible for managing our paid advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work alongside the Marketing Director to develop media buying strategies that align with business objectives
Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across various ad platforms including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Reddit
Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to ensure efficient spending
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that align with brand aesthetics and identity
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid advertising and digital marketing
Report on campaign performance to the Marketing Director and other stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
2 years of experience in media buying, digital advertising, or a related field
Expertise in paid advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads
Experience analyzing campaign performance data and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising and digital marketing
