Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably in HVAC and plumbing projects.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and related equipment.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
· Solid understanding of construction industry practices, processes, and regulations.
· PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
· Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours when required.
