Mechanical Engineering Manager manages a team of mechanical engineers designing parts, engines, tools, or other mechanical equipment and industrial processes. Designs, scopes, and develops new mechanical engineering initiatives and projects, and manages them through their life cycles. Being a Mechanical Engineering Manager helps establish programs to support training, process improvements, and the creation and maintenance of best practices and protocols. Interfaces with other departments to identify new potential products and projects. Additionally, Mechanical Engineering Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Mechanical Engineering Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Nova-Tech Engineering currently has Full Time Co-Op opportunities located in Willmar, MN. The Co-Op program is available beginning January 2023 through August 2023 for students pursuing Mechanical Engineering degrees.
Ideally we are looking for students who are available to gain valuable experiences with us for a period of six-nine months and entering their Junior | Senior year of school.
