Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers and drafters to design, develop, and
implement bespoke material handling systems for robotic industrial processes.
Oversee job estimation, capacity planning, and task management to ensure efficient and
effective project execution.
Drive personnel development through training, mentoring, and promoting best practices within
the team.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the
engineering department.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an individual contributor designing machines for
automation.
At least 2-3 years in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams
to success.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and design for automation.
Demonstrated ability in leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Excellent people skills with the ability to motivate, drive company culture, and manage a team
effectively.
Experience with industrial robotics and material handling is essential.
