    Our client is looking for someone who is skilled, professional, and works well with others. You'll be working on a projects as they come through and need to have the ability to be flexible in workflow. The right candidate will be able to see the 'big picture' and know how to help the business.

    Salary: $102,000 - $146,000 (Depending on Experience)

    What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
    • Design, plan and manage installation and maintenance of various projects
    • Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise subordinate engineering staff
    • Using SAP, manage equipment inventory and predictive maintenance programs
    • Work closely with the Operations, Maintenance and Distribution departments to maintain reliability and quality issues
    • Manage repair histories and recommend upgrades and/or replacements based on reliability and performance data
    • Manage monitoring/maintenance systems to prevent equipment failures
    • Prepare bid documents and contract specs. Manage the bid process
    • Prepare cost estimates, develop project budgets, expense forecasts and cost tracking
    • Manage multiple projects ranging from large to small

    What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
    • Strong leadership/management skills
    • BS degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. MS degree preferred
    • 10 years of engineering experience including 2 years in a management position
    • Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent Project Management skills
    • Experience with applications such as Six Sigma, QA/QC inspection
    • Experience with AASHTO, IBC codes, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and ESRI/GIS
    • FE license required, PE license required within 6 months
    • PMP certification is preferred
