Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining a safety-first attitude and environment
- Unpack 60lb cases of frozen meat trim
- Quality control inspections on raw materials and on finished products
- Assemble and operate machinery including but not limited to meat grinders, conveyors, steam kettles, piston and rotary pumps, and vertical bagging machines.
- Packaging and stacking pallets with finished product
- Trimming various cuts of meat
- Seasoning and packaging pieces of meat
Qualifications:
- Professional Communication

- Ability to stand during shift
- Ability to repeatedly lift 60 pounds
