Job Description
Requirements:POSITION SUMMARY
Primary Duty is to review raw material requirements vs. availability, accurately pick and build required kits and swap new carts for exhausted carts. While adhering to the general safety plan. May be required to do other duties as requested by supervisor.
EXPERIENCE
- Product knowledge
- Operation of Group tools and equipment
- Compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations
- Specialty Vehicle Manufacturing Environment
SKILLS
- Communication skills – verbal and written
- Coordinate with supervision and other groups
- Read and accurately follow schedules, blue prints and diagrams
- Reporting and documentation
- Correct use of various equipment
- Work independently with limited instruction
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Lifting as appropriate for their group and associates
- Squatting/bending/kneeling/twisting
- Walk and move about – as required
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- Safety glasses with side shields
- Leather work shoes
- Housekeeping
- Other Department/Job specific Personal Protective Equipment as required.
- Safety Requirements –some positions may require state issued CDL/Chauffeurs license
EDUCATION
- High School/GED or equivalent relevant experience
