Essential Job Functions:
- Develops plans, policies, procedures, and effective logistic material management systems
- Ensures collaboration between site personnel, procurement section and operation managers is fully functional, following policy and meeting business operations requirements

Coordination for proper quality controls and approvals
- Ensures staff are trained in maintaining inventory records with complete accuracy manually and electronically
- Management and collaboration of all transactions between multiple warehouses

Reviews and manages inventory rotations to ensure obsolete product is kept
-
Management of staff preparing, scheduling, and conducting inventories as needed
- Continually emphasize safety, monitor, and report unsafe acts, conditions, or hazards immediately

Ability to learn and adhere to the Delta Constructors safety culture

Direct and manage changes and forecast space for storage and receipt of deliveries
-
Other duties as assigned
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related field preferred

Work Experience: Five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience with materials/logistics management; or sourcing roles or manufacturing/purchasing related

License/Certifications:
- Current and valid Driver’s License
- North Dakota and Texas Region locations only: OSHA 10 and H2S Certifications, or ability to obtain upon hire

Alaska locations only: North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) Training required
