Materials Handler: 2nd Shift

Coastal Forest Products, a wholesale supplier of wood and composite building products to retail lumberyards, is currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to work 2nd shift in our new 250,000 square foot building located in Bow, NH.

The individual will primarily be responsible to use a forklift to load / unload trucks and sort or move materials within the facility.

Job Responsibilities

• Stages product in designated areas.
• Operates a forklift to move or load materials.
• Reports all discrepancies, damages, and other issues.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Packs, ships and / or breaks down product as needed.
• Maintains department productivity and quality goals.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 18 years of age
• Ability to multi-task
• Legally permitted to work in the United States
• Experience driving a forklift – required
• Dependable and committed to delivering high quality work
• Committed to adhering to all safety processes and protocols
• Situational awareness and ability to use good judgement
• Experience in a lumber or warehouse setting a plus

Physical Conditions

• Able to lift or move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in varying extreme weather conditions (Company provides supplemental weather gear).
• Able to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing.
• Able to walk and be on your feet for at least 80% of the day.
• Able to reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis.
• Able to work in warehouse and outdoor environment, around related equipment.
