Overview:
Element has a current opening for a Clinical Study Manager to join our growing team in Colorado. Our Clinical Study Manager will lead the Blood Pressure team of Research Clinicians and Research Technicians in the validation and development testing of vital sign data for medical and home health devices as well as consumer wearable products. This position also manages department resources in a manner that promotes customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and employee satisfaction while assuring that the quality of testing performed meets specification requirements and that all departmental functions fall with-in the quality system criteria.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze actual and planned accomplishments and explain significant deviations with corrective actions initiated

Perform and review test preparation in accordance with Element procedures and qualified operator program

Assist with efforts to improve quality, productivity, reduce costs, improve morale, improve on time delivery, and increase profits

Lead and/or be a team member on improvement projects

Attend and participate in the Weekly Operations Meeting and Daily WIP Meetings

Pro-actively communicate delivery or quality issues with the Program Managers

Write and review procedures within the Study Laboratories

Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment under your area of responsibility

Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance program for the equipment under your area of responsibility

Report any immediate quality problems to the Operations Manager and/or Quality Assurance Manager

Assist with quotations

Consistent communication to Operations Manager and the Leadership team

Organize, Plan, and Lead Continuous Improvement Activities as required

During the workday, help ensure that all tasks in the department are completed when due

Operations Manager and Program Managers to assess priorities, schedule overtime and adjust planning as required to ensure the best possible service for our customers

Promote employee morale and institute team building skills to ensure employee job satisfaction and promote a “team” atmosphere in the department

Work to develop and complete correct maintenance procedures on equipment used in areas of responsibility
Skills / Qualifications:
- Related Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred

Strong clinical skills with patient monitoring required

Minimum Registered Nursing/Respiratory Therapist certification required

2-5 years of Management and Leadership Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events/projects in the community, with customers and within the company

Well developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs, Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect

Technical background is a plus
