Materials Management Supervisor jobs in San Francisco, CA

Established, Growing, Affordable Housing Property Management Company is seeking an Area Supervisor to join our team for our San Francisco region.

The Area Supervisor is required to travel to conduct monthly property visits, complete reports, on-going employee training and mentoring, respond to all resident and property concerns and communicates directly with Corporate Office staff.

The ideal candidate is honest, dependable and solution oriented. They must have a positive attitude, excellent time management and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years' Supervisory experience in Affordable Housing
• Must have 3 years' experience in affordable housing management
• Must have a LIHTC and/or HUD Certification
• Yardi Software experience
• High level of computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in Annual & Interim Recertification Compliance for multiple subsidies (HUD, LIHTC, HOME/BOND, HomeKey, Etc)
• Team building, mentoring and training skills
• A self-starter who can work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Adept at meeting all deadlines
• Effective Time Management and Organizational skills
• Assist Site Staff to complete all property operations as needed
• Assist Site Staff with Inspection Preparation

PROPERTY LOCATIONS:

• 5 properties located in the Western Addition neighborhood of San Francisco
• 470 total units between 5 properties
• 8-10 office staff

COMPENSATION:

• Full Time, Salary Exempt position
• Salary dependent upon budget and affordable HUD/LIHTC experience
• Personal time off including sick pay (1st - 4th years you accrue up to 20 days)

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
