Principal Duties & Responsibilities:- Uses forklift to deliver raw or in-process material to operations, removes the finished material from the process to storage or to the next process
- Moves scrap to the holding area for recycling and waste containers to the appropriate waste storage
- Loads or unloads shipments
- Reads in process tickets, finished goods tickets, and scrap tickets
- Maintains logs, labels, etc. to ensure that materials are properly routed and that each process receives the correct material for the assigned produce
Qualifications:- Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience preferred
- Proficient in basic math, reading and comprehension of work instructions, and use of a computer
- Able to Bend, Push & Pull 75 lbs, and Reach frequently
- Able to lift or carry up to 40 lbs
- Able to stand or walk for multiple hours consecutively
- Able to drive powered industrial vehicles or willing to learn to drive powered industrial vehicles
