We're looking for a Sales Director that will hire and lead our sales team. This is a tremendous opportunity to grow into a sales executive role at a fast growing startup.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)

• 5 years of SaaS sales (ideally in construction industry)

• 2 years of management experience hiring and leading teams

• Experience setting up the sales process and infrastructure (Salesforce, lists, cadences, lead scoring, etc.) 

• Track record in hiring and developing Sales Development representatives

• Proven experience prospecting via cold calling, email, and social selling

• Ability to rapidly develop and test multiple GTM strategies to ultimately identify and pursue the best performing ones

• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire sales teams
