Materials Control Manager manages daily operations and planning to optimize the flow of raw materials, supplies, and equipment from initial procurement to the final disposition and fulfill material requirements for volume, cost, and scheduling business operations. Uses material requirement plans to ensure the required flow of materials is maintained. Being a Materials Control Manager coordinates procurement, warehouse, and distribution operations to improve operational efficiencies and workflows crucial to the flow of materials. Monitors operations and troubleshoots and resolves operational roadblocks. Additionally, Materials Control Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Materials Control Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Materials Control Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and supervisory skills, as well as experience in office management and event planning. Medical office management experience and proficiency in QuickBooks are a plus.

    ```Duties```
    - Manage and organize office files, both physical and digital
    - Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
    - Coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
    - Assist with event planning and coordination
    - Oversee vendor management, including ordering supplies and managing contracts
    - Maintain office equipment and ensure proper functioning
    - Handle phone systems and direct calls to appropriate staff members
    - Assist with medical office management tasks, such as patient scheduling and billing (if applicable)
    - Utilize QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping and reporting
    - Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors and addressing inquiries

    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    - Proven experience in supervising staff and delegating responsibilities
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software programs
    - Experience in event planning and coordination
    - Knowledge of vendor management processes
    - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally
    - Medical office management experience (preferred)
    - Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software (preferred)
    - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
