Collins Aerospace is looking for a Material Review Board Coordinator to join our team in Fairfield, CA! You will be responsible for leading the Material Review Board and non-conforming material processing, along with other quality support at the site.

This role will be onsite in Fairfield, CA and may provide relocation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process Material Review Board documents (QN's) for nonconforming material. Ensure accuracy and completeness of MRB documentation, including acceptable root causes and effective corrective actions.
• Utilize SAP to track and enter tasks and MRB documents.
• Ensure all necessary organizations are included for review and substantiation of disposition for MRB documents.
• Interface with Engineering, Quality, and Procurement at all levels of the organization, including DCMA.
• Communicate metrics and drive improvements in MRB processing. Ability to arrange priorities such that customer needs are met as expeditiously as possible.
• Participate/lead and coordinate root cause analysis investigations to reduce nonconformance.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) access

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• MRB experience a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

The salary range for this role is 59,000 USD - 113,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
