We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Mate to join our team. As a Boat Mate, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Captain and ensuring the smooth operation of the vessel. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for boating.

Duties:
- Assist the Captain in navigating and operating the boat
- Manage and maintain all safety equipment on board
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and polishing the boat
- Assist with docking and undocking procedures
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers on board

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the voyage
- Ability to manage and organize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with boating safety procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with the Captain and passengers
- Attention to detail to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the boat
- Ability to work well under pressure in various weather conditions
