Job Description:As a Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist at Aspire Marketing Agency, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies, creating captivating content, and implementing various marketing initiatives for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of our clients' brands. This part-time position will support our Richmond office, but may also handle client deliverables from other locations. Our headquarters are located in Christiansburg, Virginia we opened a Richmond Branch in 2022.

The responsibilities of this role will be conformed to the strengths, capabilities and interests of the hire.

Location: This would be a hybrid remote position with a local co-working desk available, and an opportunity to work from home about 50% of the time. The employee would need to be based in Richmond for team meetings and on-location, in-person client work.

Example Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain social media accounts for multiple clients across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X/Threads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop and implement creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Create high-quality photo and video content tailored to each client's brand and target audience.
• Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to track progress and optimize strategies for improved results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to enhance our clients' digital presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Cinema, Visual Communications, or a related field OR related experience. A degree is not required with a proven portfolio, or examples of work
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating content for business purposes.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for digital marketing.
• Videography, and/or Video editing experience a bonus
