About Us:

Cheeky Bliss is a dynamic and rapidly growing women's apparel company. We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-Commerce and Digital Marketing IT Specialist to join our IT team and take ownership of our online presence and digital advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Shopify Website Management:

*Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of our Shopify website. *Implement and customize Shopify themes, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and functionalities.

• Digital Analytics:

*Set up and configure Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance. *Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve user engagement and conversion rates. *Utilize analytics data to inform strategic decision-making across digital channels.

• Digital Advertising:

*Develop and execute strategic Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversion rates. *Manage Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget optimization. *Stay informed about industry trends and algorithm updates to enhance advertising strategies.

• Mobile App Management:

*Oversee the maintenance and updates of our mobile app, available on both iOS and Android platforms. *Collaborate with developers to implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. *Ensure the security and privacy of user data within the mobile app.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience in managing Shopify websites, including customization and integration projects. *In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms. *Experience with mobile app management, including both iOS and Android platforms. *Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing digital landscapes. *Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. *Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications. *Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. *Previous experience in the [industry/sector] is highly desirable.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $12.00 - $28.00/hour.
