Summary:

This position will help manage and execute on campaign deliverables across a range of touchpoints. We’re seeking a candidate who is committed to strategically helping grow our brand’s awareness and solidify our place in the market as an industry leader. Candidates should be motivated self-starters with a track record of success in helping execute a brand vision.

Responsibilities will include:

• ​​Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, and social media
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, tools, and systems to streamline marketing operations, improve productivity, and maximize ROI
• Manage the execution of the go-to-market strategy for Theory projects, including product and store launches
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, track expenses, and provide regular reports on budget performance and allocation
• Oversee relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as product development, procurement, and retail to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals
• Stay up-to-date with regulations and compliance requirements specific to the cannabis industry, ensuring all marketing activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards
• Other duties as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns from conception to execution, driving measurable results and ROI
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
