Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • At least five years of marketing/business development experience.
    • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.
    • Experience with CRM software and web content management.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday
