Translates the marketing vision into specific projects, action plans, and tactics. Being a Marketing Manager oversees critical marketing functions to ensure the information and support for programs are effectively delivered. Establishes robust data streams and analytical processes to track and Identify changes in customers, competitors, and business climate and enable responsive marketing activities. Additionally, Marketing Manager develops effective marketing teams and scalable processes to execute short-term and long-term marketing plans. Manages vendor selection, relationships, and budgets. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Overview 

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager with Digital Marketing agency experience to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires managing a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from strategic initiatives led by our CEO and COO to critical team and client deliverables. With a focus on ensuring high execution rates and maintaining seamless operational flow, this role will be at the heart of our agency's success. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    Project Management Excellence: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. 

    Operational Efficiency: Oversee the operational aspects of project management, including resource allocation, timeline tracking, and risk mitigation, to ensure smooth project progression and achievement of strategic objectives. 

    Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical prowess in the digital marketing sphere to identify innovative solutions, optimize project outcomes, and provide expert advice to team members and clients. 

    Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the CEO, COO, internal teams, and clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and alignment on project goals and expectations. 

    Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and bottlenecks in project execution, devising and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track. 

    Scheduling and Planning: Manage the day-to-day scheduling of project tasks and deliverables, prioritizing activities to maximize productivity and meet critical deadlines. 

    Ideal Candidate Profile 

    Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in project management within the digital marketing industry is essential. 

    Technical Skills: A deep understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices. Proficiency in project management software and tools is required. 

    Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with meticulous attention to detail. 

    Strong Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving project and organizational goals. 

    Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. 

    Problem-Solving Ability: Innate ability to anticipate needs, identify potential issues before they arise, and implement effective solutions.
