NEA is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for MA and for MI. The ultimate success of the person in this position will be measured by both attracting new retail and wholesale customers and retaining our existing ones. This will be done through a mix of marketing and analytics. The ideal candidate has in-depth digital/social media marketing skills and experience, and is also experienced in using all the marketing tools (e.g. advertising, billboards, community engagement, experiential/event marketing, etc.) to ultimately drive increasing business visibility and our retail and wholesale customer base.
The ideal candidate will recognize the diverse nature of the role with the need for a blend of digital marketing, event management, and local marketing experience.
