We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis and take charge of marketing initiatives for both RP Marzilli and Botanica Land Care. The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in elevating our brand presence, expanding market reach, and promoting our results and commitment to ecological land care practices. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, detail oriented, and possess a solid understanding of both digital marketing and traditional marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's vision and business objectives. Identify target audiences and implement effective marketing tactics to drive growth and brand awareness. Identify, track and measure the impact of marketing programs.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website management and social media campaigns. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results. Coordinate with our social media management agency.
• Publications: Maintain strong relationships with home & garden publications. Manage our print advertising program, design print ads and coordinate with publications.
• Creative Direction: Coordinate with photographers and videographers to capture in-progress and final work on properties. Organize and manage a media library.
• Brand Management: Ensure a consistent and compelling brand image across all marketing channels. Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets, that reflect our values and quality of services.
• Award Submissions: Write, submit, and manage award submissions.
• Event Planning: Organize and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, community outreach programs, and client appreciation events, to strengthen customer engagement and foster business relationships.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure that all marketing activities deliver measurable ROI.
• National Group Coordination: Stay connected with marketing and IT colleagues at and within the Mariani Premier Group to share best practices and coordinate marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content that showcases our expertise in ecological land care and landscape construction and maintenance. Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce blog posts, articles, videos, and other content formats that resonate with our target audience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in marketing, preferably in the high-end home and landscape industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, Google Analytics, SEO best practices, social media management, and email marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.
• Familiarity with the landscaping industry and/or ecological land care practices is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp (or similar ESP), Pipedrive (or similar CRM tool), various social media platforms and applications, Wordpress/Squarespace, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining close communication with colleagues and leadership.
