• Work hand in hand with the sales team and support with the regional strategy planning and execution.
• Develop and use market intelligence for better business decisions.
• Create marketing materials and presentations for trade shows, adverts, brochures, email campaigns.
• Develop marketing campaigns to stimulate demand and drive awareness.
• Effectively brief and work with agencies/ print/ creative/ digital resources.
• Manage regional budgets.
• Support local press relations and events.
• Strengthen relationship with relevant industry associations.
• Measure and analyze results and deliver reports to sales and customers.

• Organized, structured, and results/execution focused.
• Must have attention to detail
• Experience in online and offline marketing
• Must possess strong computer skills including:
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Word,
  • Excel creation and manipulation skills,
  • Creation skills using Adobe products are a plus

• Excellent project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity of Google Analytics - desirable
• Working knowledge of WordPress - desirable
• CRM Microsoft Dynamics desirable
• Able to support and train other employees.
• Full proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills

•     Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business/related field or comparable experience
•     Minimum 3 years relevant marketing experience
•     Ability to speak and write using technical and complex language.
•     Demonstrable drive and ambition. Up for any challenge.
•     Preferably 1 year or more of managing direct report employees

Physical Profile Requirements

The position will require ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, moving in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces, remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods, moving to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another, adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions, lifting or carrying objects up to 25 pounds, regularly communicating with others to exchange information, repeating motions that may include the feet, legs, hips, back, wrists, hands and/or fingers, operating machinery and/or power tools, Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment, assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned. Must be capable of operating a standard 1/2-ton pick-up for occasional delivery and pick-up of materials and personnel and hold a valid, unrestricted motor vehicle operator’s license issued by the state of residence, and the manual dexterity necessary to operate a standard desktop computer keyboard. Work may be performed in low temperatures, high temperatures, outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind, noisy environments, and with hazardous conditions, in small and/or enclosed spaces.
