The Director of Marketing will be responsible for directing the marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives for the organization. Direct and oversee all aspects of marketing life cycle management. Responsible for developing, managing, and implementing clear marketing and communications strategies to support the business and develop the brand reputation. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for the position is $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 annual annual bonus.
What you'll need:
Build and manage relationships with high impact business leaders and stakeholders to ensure marketing is supporting their objectives.
Plan and oversee execution of marketing activities supporting specific online and off-line marketing activities including acquisition, websites, landing pages, microsites, direct mail, events, print and email.
Review and provide constructive feedback on marketing materials, briefs and content.
Responsible for building strong brand recognition within the industry.
Responsible for positioning company capabilities including people, products, and services to customer base.
Plan and oversee marketing channel reporting including effectiveness metrics for campaigns and actively managing those metrics to optimize marketing spend/effort.
Create, conceptualize and coordinate with creative team for copywriting and design around campaigns, collateral, and materials.
Research the market to identify unique opportunities to differentiate our products and services.
Review changes to the marketplace and industry and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
Oversee consistency with our brand standards in all of our touchpoints.
Conduct meetings with stakeholders and business leaders to communicate marketing updates and key initiatives and to ensure alignment with the business.
Manage and report on marketing budgets specific to lending and direct media spend where appropriate.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related degree
Seven (7) or more years of marketing experience with two plus years in a management role.
Two (2) or more years' experience creating content for websites and landing pages.
Two (2) or more years optimizing email campaigns.
Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry a plus.
