Mission:
The mission of the Marketing Director is to plan and implement Quasius’ advertising,
marketing, and communications programs to build brand awareness and increase lead
generation. Additionally, they will support all internal communication initiatives and manage
Quasius’ CRM platform.
Role and Responsibilities:
Enhance the marketing of the company’s brand and services by:
a) Developing and cultivating relationships with design consultants to gain referrals
and identify strategic partners for design-build contracts.
b) Establishing and nurturing relationships with current and potential clients to
position the company as their preferred service provider.
c) Understanding the client’s program comprehensively, and effectively articulating
how our services best align with their company’s needs and values.
d) Collaborating with the chief (senior) estimator and company leadership in
identifying, proposing, and contracting new work opportunities that are
consistent with the overall company goals.
e) Working with the Project Managers, VP of Operations and the Director of Project
Development to craft compelling proposals showcasing our strengths,
advantages, operational processes, and record of success in such a way as to
influence clients to select us as their preferred service provider.
f) Strategically utilizing professional associations, trade groups, community
organizations and the like, to build personal networks of influence that enhance
recognition of company.
g) Identifying and securing new project leads and potential new markets by
sourcing and researching organizations, individuals, industry and related events,
publications, and announcements.
h) Developing and implementing tactical marketing plans.
i) Maintaining and improving the process for sharing company project updates,
leveraging social networking awareness through weekly postings on social
networks such as LinkedIn and Facebook, and any other relevant social media
platforms.
j) Creating, managing and driving content and project pictures for the corporate
website to ensure the public view is current, relevant and consistent with all
other outreach activities.
