    Position Summary

    Reporting to the head of marketing, this key role will manage content, campaign, and omnichannel execution across our three operating business entities, working in partnership with our agencies. The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, a passion for operational efficiency and business results, digital marketing fluency, and a history of working directly with marketing and sales stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver on impactful digital marketing execution. You must be curious about technology and science!

    The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple objectives. Ability to manage multiple campaigns across a variety of solutions and brands is essential. They will also be analytical and curious, results-driven, and have experience with inbound, SEO, SEM, SMM, websites, account-based marketing and attribution techniques and technical knowledge of Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement (or similar), Salesforce CRM, and the overall marketing technology stack.

    Responsibilities

    • Demand Generation: Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Sales, and Leadership to design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated campaigns to fill the leads pipeline. Measure and optimize engagement on owned and paid channels.
    • Establish and document “Playbooks” for Marketing and Sales Campaigns, and coordinate tactics across email, web, social, and sales development
    • Enable sales: Optimize lead management process (scoring, nurturing, marketing and sales alignment) to accelerate prospect and lead movement through the funnel.
    • Enable data driven decision making and marketing accountability: Work with revenue ops to measure content and campaign performance by establishing and making available key results: Website visitor/conversions/leads, Campaigns executed, Campaign prospects, leads, and conversions, ad click-through rates and return on spend, Email response/opt-out/open/failure rates.
    • Supervise a small team of Marketing Automation, Digital Design, and Campaign Managers and Specialists
    • Systems and Processes ownership: Marketing project management, Marketing Automation (Salesforce Account Engagement), lead nurturing, and handoff (Salesforce), Digital Chat (Pardot), social media (Pardot), Digital Advertising, Digital Content Sales Enablement, Marketing Reporting
    • Manage and leverage the work of digital and content partners and agencies
    • Key partners: Industry and solution marketing managers, sales, revenue ops, marketing agencies
    • Key metrics: Engagement growth on web and social including six owned channels; lead conversions, and pipeline optimization.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar
    • 10 years of professional experience, including experience leading demand gen and digital marketing. Agency experience preferred.
    • Knows and follows demand generation best practices and is skilled in account-based marketing (ABM), traditional marketing, digital marketing, marketing automation, content marketing and sales enablement tactics
    • Experience running campaigns and leveraging ZoomInfo and Linkedin Sales Navigator for intent targeting and messaging to buying committees
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, Market
    • Experience coordinating and co-managing campaigns with channel partner marketing counterparts
    • Strong operational and project management mindset
    • Strong understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent
    • User of Google digital marketing tools
    • Social media management experience
    • Familiarity with Website administration, publishing, and content management
    • Highly Desired
      • Experience working within a B2B marketing environment
      • Experience in technology and/or life sciences products or services industries
      • Familiarity/Experience with Revenue Operations Framework, Account Based Marketing, and marketing-driven outbound sales development

    Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
