Additionally, Marketing Director develops budgets, resources, and teams to execute short-term and long-term marketing plans. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Marketing Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Marketing Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     rEvolution is seeking an Account Director. Reporting to the Group Account Director, you will lead our client programs at all levels and manage all aspects of client growth and programming while collaborating with multiple rEvolution departments to ensure that programs run flawlessly to meet clients’ needs.


    You Will:

    • Oversee and manage your client’s portfolios of sports and music sponsorships.
    • Maintain and expand client relationships to facilitate delivery of integrated services and drive agency growth.
    • Manage relationships and engage in constant communication with multiple property stakeholders in order to ensure the successful execution of client programming and identify future opportunities for program growth.
    • Collaborate consistently with client’s interagency teams to deliver fully integrated marketing communications plans.
    • Integrate and direct internal agency service resources to ensure seamless execution and delivery of program initiatives
    • Support senior management on operational aspects of client programs as assigned in a leadership capacity.
    • Work with internal agency service groups to evaluate and achieve client objectives.
    • Manage execution of recap decks for each program while evaluating data and metrics for key client takeaways to build upon the existing client relationship and future opportunities.
    • Build and manage detailed project tracking tools that serve as both a road map for client planning and internal team organization.
    • Build project scope of work and manage hour reports to maintain due diligence of efficient resource utilization
    • Oversee all client-related financial and administrative compliance including maintaining program financials, contract administration, client onboarding, invoicing and PO creation, and budget forecasting.


    You Have:

    • 9-12 years of client management experience including the areas of event or logistics management at an agency, brand or sports/gaming property
    • Experience and knowledge of integrated marketing communications, including but limited to experiential, public relations, media, consumer insights, email marketing, sponsorship, and creative design.
    • The ability to work flexible hours when necessary, which may include nights and weekends.
    • The ability to travel up to 20% in priority markets including but not limited to Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Indianapolis, Seattle, Denver, St. Louis and Atlanta.
