Marketing Director directs marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies for all products and services for the organization. Translates the overall marketing vision into integrated business plans, tactics, projects, and deliverables. Position Purpose:
Manages and Coordinates marketing strategies and activities for the facility. Responsible for growth by obtaining new admissions and meeting proper goals through building and developing external buisness leads and relationships.
Essential Functions Of Position:
* Designs and manages the marketiong strategies for the facility.
* Generate and develop new leads through a combination of in-bound calls, out-bound calls and marketing visits.
* Conduct one on one contracts with potential referral sources, maintain positive relationships with current referral sources.
* Utilizes educational opportunities to present the facility to referral sources.
* Identifies, contacts and manages potential clients.
* Sources potential, appropriate patients for facility.
* Accomplish targeted census goals.
* Work individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and executing marketing programs, assiting in the development of marketing communications and coordinating promotions.
* Identify marketing program opportunities, and write and edit marketing materials to support sales and marketing objectives.
* Responsible for implementing and managing systems to track inquires, admissions, discharges, sales calls and other information necessary to monitor sales and buisness activity.
* Participates in departmental budget planning and supplies monthly report to administrator.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 4 Years experience in healthcare industry and regional healthcare marketing experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Health care product or service sales experience required.
