· Handle inquiry management for residential, online, and nursing campuses across several brands.
· Run basic reports from CRM databases.
· Manage media relations and handle billing accuracy for all media partners across all brands.
· Maintain media spreadsheets.
· Edit and proofread created content, including website, radio ads, commercials, blogs, etc.
· Ensure brand guidelines and standards are met.
· Assist in making edits/updating documents on websites.
· Engage in creative problem solving, make suggestions, and provide guidance for changes or improvements to the process.
· Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
This position typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
