As an Account Coordinator, you will work alongside the Performance Team to ensure the proper execution of partner campaigns and projects with a focus on interdepartmental communication. The Account Coordinator will also have the opportunity to work with other departments within the organization as needed for both team assistance and learning experience.
Essential Functions:
Conduct regular partner website and social media sweeps to ensure accuracy and make timely corrections for any identified visual or functional issues.
Upload, link, and remove monthly website banners and special landing pages between sales events.
Upload new social cover images on the first day of the new sales event.
Upload evergreen website banners and other assets between sales events.
Upload and link service coupons.
Proof landing pages from Content Team and audit social posts from the Social Media Team when applicable.
Update social media cover photos as needed.
Attend and contribute where applicable to all meetings related to the Performance Team.
Conduct mystery shops and competitive discovery for partners.
The ability to work on a hybrid 3 2 office/work-from-home model (5 days at the office for the initial 90 days).
All other duties as assigned by iFrog Management.
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop a working knowledge of brand compliance.
Ensure new campaigns are launched on time. Communicate with the Account Manager when the campaign is at risk of missing the deadline.
Ensure paid media campaigns have the appropriate UTMs provided by the Media Team. This is a quality-assurance function as assigned by the Account Manager.
Acquire desired audience lists from partner CRM when deploying marketing emails. The segmentation will be defined by the Account Manager.
Verify email recipients in BriteVerify.
Required Education & Experience:
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Ability to provide outstanding external and internal customer service.
Motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with Facebook, Google, and other major social media platforms.
Familiarity with CRM software and task management systems.
Working knowledge of the automotive industry.
Recent Google Analytics certification(s).
Proficient with Google Suite.
Proficient with macOS.
