    Position Summary

    The Marketing Coordinator will be involved in various aspects of marketing, including branding, social media management strategies, website development / content management, graphic design, and marketing strategies.

    The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Small Business Hub Director.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the RI Small Business HUB’s clients’ brand identity.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
    • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
    • Create compelling content for various social media platforms.
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.
    • Collaborate with the web development team to update and maintain clients’ websites.
    • Create and optimize website content to improve user experience and search engine visibility.
    • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital advertisements.
    • Ensure that all visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages. Candidate Profile

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field preferred
    • Bilingual (Spanish) required
    • Demonstrated experience in marketing with an emphasis on branding, social media management, website development, and graphic design
    • Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (ex : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques Compensation
