Job Summary: Join our team at Cape Cod National Golf Club as a Part-Time Marketing and Communications Coordinator. We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to oversee our marketing and communications efforts. This role will involve producing engaging content across various platforms to enhance the club's visibility and member engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of marketing, communication, and graphic design skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Weekly Eblast Production: Develop and execute weekly eblasts to keep members and employees informed about club events, promotions, and news.
• On-Site Signage: Design and create visually appealing on-site signage to promote club activities, amenities, and special events.
• Social Media Curation: Curate content for the club's social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Develop strategies to increase follower engagement and grow the club's online presence.
• Video Production: Conceptualize, script, film, and edit videos to showcase club facilities, events, and member experiences.
• Photography: Capture high-quality photographs of club events, facilities, and amenities. Utilize graphic design skills to enhance and modify images as needed.
• Graphic Design: Create eye-catching graphics for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital advertisements.
• Website Management: Curate content on the club's public/private website www.ccngolf.org
• Collaboration: Work closely with club management, event planners, and other staff members to ensure marketing efforts align with the club's objectives and brand image.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to inform future strategies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Publisher).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for golf and familiarity with the golf club industry preferred but not required.
