Full time Sales Coordinator position available with Haworth’s largest, global contract furniture dealer. Established in 1981, we are a 2nd generation, family-owned company looking for the ideal candidate to join our team.

Our clients range from local businesses to some of the largest companies on the globe with jobs ranging from a single office to a fully furnished new building.

Sales Coordinators provide assistance to the Sales team in meeting the company’s sales goals in addition to assisting clients with issues to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished.

Duties Include:

• Assists in the preparation of client presentation materials and proposal presentations.
• Research original orders and assist clients with invoice clarification and provide back-up documentation as required.
• Follow-up with both Account Managers and clients regarding deposits and/or client purchase orders for order entry.
• Ensure Mock-Up Request Forms are approved and handled appropriately.
• Acquire labor quotations.
• Demonstrates an attitude and appearance that represents the highest personal, moral and business standards in the marketplace to our clients.
• Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
