Onward Search needs a Freelance Retail Marketing (Licensing) Coordinator for a retail client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing samples, coordinating with partners, and providing general support to the product line specialist and product managers.

This is a 4-month, 40 hour per week contract opportunity, Hybrid in Stratham, New Hampshire.

As a Freelance Retail Marketing (Licensing) Coordinator you’ll be responsible for :

• Sample Management : Unpack, track, and store all incoming samples.
• Email and File Management : Assist with general emails to licensing partners, including a weekly share-out email. Manage the Add / Drop file.
• Line Plan Uploads : Upload line plans to MDM / Mobile Device Management Systems
• Legal Approvals : Gather all legal approvals from partners and send to legal. Track feedback and send back to partners.
• Marketing Support : Assist the marketing team as needed, including gathering samples for upcoming photoshoots.
• General Ad Hoc Tasks : Be prepared to assist with ad hoc tasks such as taking notes, prepping for upcoming partner meetings, and providing general support for product line specialist and product managers.
• Organization : Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
