Position Title: Account Coordinator

Reports to: Account Executive

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting the senior account management team through establishing positive client relationships and coordinating project deadlines and deliverables, as well as any admin support as needed. It requires intensive client service, attention to detail, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Client Relations/Account Coordination:

• Coordinate and help implement marketing functions in accordance with the company’s/client's marketing plans.
• Materials review and updates where needed to creative files.
• Support in the development and preparation of PR strategies, outreach and follow-up for DMG and client programs.
• Provide an elevated level of support to all marketing initiatives, including research and administrative duties.
• Coordination with DMG team for briefing, execution and follow-up on assigned DMG and client projects.
• Client coordination, reporting and management.
• Trafficking creative approvals between clients and internal team.
• Communicate with suppliers for quotes and information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Writing external communication documents.
• Timeline development and coordination.
• Coordinate campaign deliverables and manage other projects as needed.
• Quality control and management of internal processes.
• Perform general office duties including photocopying and answering phones when required.
• Assist other staff when required.
• Special event management/execution as needed.
• Interpret and analyze qualitative and quantitative research.
• Assist with budget set-up, estimates and invoicing.

Accountability:

• Accurate and timely scheduling and execution.
• Good rapport with external suppliers.
• Maintain positive client relationships.
• Maintain a good public image for Douglas Marketing Group.

Experience and Skills:

• University or College Degree.
• 1 years of Account Coordination experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• A passion for technology, emerging media and creative.
• An understanding of marketing communications.
