Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The fulltime Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist with projects such as resident turnover, renovations and coordination of move-ins.
• Coordinate and assist with sales events such as open houses, luncheons, informational meetings, retention events.
• Assist with move in contracts and paperwork.
• Assist in managing brand consistency across the organization.
• Assist in creating social media content, advertisements and blog posts.
• Conduct tours and sales meetings.
• Enter, track and report on contact leads using customer relationship management software.

• High school diploma with a minimum of three years of marketing or administrative experience of equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in related field and long-term care experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, Canva, Welcome Home, PointClickCare.
• Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
