Marketing Coordinator
Manage and execute all aspects of planning and coordinating internal events and external fundraisers.Coordinate and execute logistics, including event location specifications, Food & Beverage arrangements, and liaising with general contractors.
Act as the primary contact for marketing material requests and gather division-specific social media content.Aid in data entry and support donors through company software.
Manage fulfillment needs of industry partners for each meeting and event.Oversee co-sponsorship agreements with other industry partners and non-profit organizations.
Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications : Minimum of five (5) years of experience in event planning and project management.
