About the Role
iFocus is looking to hire an Account Coordinator who will actively work on a book of accounts with an Account Manager. Account Coordinators will work in tandem on client accounts to contribute to their success, growth, and retention. You will have a passion for learning how to nurture relationships and ensure the ongoing satisfaction and success of iFocus’s valued clients. This role has high accountability for the accuracy of client deliverables.
A desire to learn digital marketing strategies and communicating analytics is a key aspect of this position. A keen attention to detail and organization is an essential component of the role. You will be learning processes and how to navigate internal and external communication to foster your growth in an agency setting.
This position has future growth opportunities in compensation and promotions to Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, or Director roles. Growth will be identified through client feedback, demonstrating a solutions focused mindset, and team collaboration. This is a hybrid position that will require at least one day per week working in the Overland Park office.
Individually, our team members are enthusiastic forces of digital marketing. We’re internally motivated, curious collaborators ready to inject a high level of detail into everything we do. The pay range for this position is $40,000-$55,000 commensurate with experience and demonstrated skills.
