Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and engaging content across various platforms including the website, social media, email newsletters, press releases, events, and collateral materials.
• Write strong, short-form content and real estate descriptions working from floorplans.
• Implement marketing strategies and budgets to meet marketing objectives.
• Maintain digital advertising campaigns .
• Manage advertising budgets.
• Work directly with management to achieve desired lead goals.
• Ability to write SEO & SEM campaigns.
• Creative ability in ad design.
• Website management.
• Social Media management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 3 years Marketing experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Great attitude with a high energy personality.
• Ability to shift priorities as needs come up.
• Lasso CRM experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry preferred.
• Experience updating WordPress websites.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS
