Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the team by assisting the marketing staff in executing marketing programs such as coordinating sales and marketing collateral material that is maintained at each client community; client community signage projects; supporting builder relations; maintain product information on various websites; manage ever changing community updates; and various other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must possess good written, computer and oral communication skills. The Marketing Coordinator role requires a cooperative team attitude, ability to handle multiple projects at once, excellent time management skills, problem solving ability, keen attention to detail, and the support of initiatives in line with company’s values and overall vision.
