Position Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns and monitor their success
· Define key performance indicators for each communications channel to determine the effectiveness of each initiative for mid-campaign adjustments and to inform future efforts
· Ensure that it all internal and external communications and collateral material are consistent with the organization's brand
· Manage the company’s website content and related assets
· Develop, execute, and measure demand generation programs that keep prospects engaged throughout the sales funnel
· Expand and manage the organization’s social media presence
· Identify appropriate opportunities and represent the organization at events and trade shows
· Recruit and manage specialized marketing talent, commensurate with Company’s growth
· Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee morale
Requirements:
· 10 years prior experience in a B2B marketing generalist role
· Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications campaigns
· Deep understanding of email marketing techniques and technology
· Experience working with one or more CRM platforms
· Familiarity with social media monitoring tools
· Experience managing a small (4-6 person) marketing team
· Superior written and verbal communications skills; high level of attention to detail
· Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to consistently meet deadlines
· Ability to think analytically and strategically
· Capable of working as part of a team as well as independently
· Capable of simultaneously managing multiple short- and long-range projects
· Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing or related discipline
