General Summary:
The Multimedia Support Specialist is responsible for working closely with the Public Relations Manager to facilitate the development and execution of internal and external communications supporting the overall marketing and public relations strategy. The Multimedia Support Specialist is key in developing compelling photo and video content for the marketing team, spearheading all internal video production requests, and supporting the business by serving as a brand ambassador at community events.

Knowledge of telecom industry/operations, technology, and equipment is a plus but not required.
