Come join our team as Marketing Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic business plans that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence.
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the company.
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience by developing and leading the company’s digital presence including the company website, social media sites and other mass electronic promotion and communication formats.
• Oversee all activities related to any promotional print media including but not limited to the company newsletter, annual report and print advertising and flyers.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
• All other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Business, Marketing or Communications degree from an accredited four-year university.
• Solid computer skills including MS Office, marketing software and applications.
• Experience with website design and the use of other forms of digital media including Facebook, Twitter, blogs and other formats used for promotional activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agricultural related work experience and familiar with agronomy, retail and energy related products and services.
• Previous work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar position
