This role is responsible for implementing new marketing-related projects and requires a balance of creativity and structure. The Marketing team is looking for individuals who will drive our expanding Teufelberger Company as a strong employer brand and support us in strengthening the brands Teufelberger, New England Ropes and Maxim in the US.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Assume responsibility and implementation of all corporate marketing topics related to Teufelberger USA
· Drive internal communication through writing articles or posts for our Intranet platform, the employee magazine and internal notices, Roll-Out & Key User Intranet (T-NET)
· Become a social media member of the International Editorial Team, creating articles for the TB Group channels, and provide support of all business units.
· Promote employer branding in collaboration with the HR department. Support all employer-branding measures, coordination of online recruiting campaigns, and organization of company events.
· As a key user for the Teufelberger website, responsible for content maintenance all US-relevant pages.
· Provide support and representation for all marketing activities.
· Work in partnership with Corporate and Division Marketing in Austria, graphic designers, online marketing agencies, vendors, etc.
· Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
· At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing project management
· Self-organized and structured way of working
· Service-oriented thinking and strong implementation skills
· Strong writing style and the ability to compose marketing texts
· Previous experience in the implementation of CI guidelines
· Ability to multi-task while managing and keeping track of multiple projects
· Demonstrated experience in the production of printed matter and advertising material
· Excellent user skills in Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
· Basic knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign an advantage
Education and/or Experience
· Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a business administration or marketing. 3-5 years of previous marketing experience preferred.
· Having knowledge about fiber ropes is advantageous
Physical Requirements
· Sitting, standing, walking, bending, speaking, hearing, eyesight, manual dexterity, lifting up to 40 pounds.
Miscellaneous – Requires some travel time to trade shows. Reporting to president Fall River and head of Fiber Rope Marketing.
