Who Are We?

Adams County Winery is south central Pennsylvania’s largest wine producer and longest continually operating winery. The Farm winery is home to the Terrace Bistro, featuring a large outdoor wood-fired pizza oven and expansive gardens during warmer months.

Summary

The marketing manager is responsible for the conduct of all promotional activities for this small agritourism retail business. On location work is required. While supervising a small marketing team, the manager develops new business and promotes it to current customers. Must have at least 3 years of significant and practical experience with MS Office products and Adobe graphics programs. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, to include experience in digital marketing. Candidate must also have 2 years of supervisory experience. At least 2 years of general retail or hospitality experience is a plus. This is a full-time, year-round position with some weekend work required. Occasional off-site work may be required when necessary. This is not a remote position. Applicants must live within reasonable commuting distance or be moving to the area.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
