Additionally, Marketing Communication Manager explores and adopts new channels, methods, and platforms to optimize marketing communications. May oversee the planning and execution of trade shows and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging. Summary
The marketing manager is responsible for the conduct of all promotional activities for this small agritourism retail business. On location work is required. While supervising a small marketing team, the manager develops new business and promotes it to current customers. Must have at least 3 years of significant and practical experience with MS Office products and Adobe graphics programs. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, to include experience in digital marketing. Candidate must also have 2 years of supervisory experience. At least 2 years of general retail or hospitality experience is a plus. This is a full-time, year-round position with some weekend work required. Occasional off-site work may be required when necessary. This is not a remote position. Applicants must live within reasonable commuting distance or be moving to the area.
