As a crucial member of Bruker AXS's global B2B team, the Marketing Communications Data Assistant plays a pivotal role in effectively managing the company's email communications. The role requires daily monitoring of multiple email inboxes, such as info.baxs, leads.baxs, and the webshop.
Key responsibilities include reading, interpreting, translating, forwarding, filing, and responding to incoming emails. Moreover, the Marketing Communications Data Assistant is responsible for maintaining and updating lead and contact records within Bruker AXS's CRM (Salesforce.com) and Marketing Automation Platform (Act-On) systems as needed. This role also contributes to the upkeep of prospect and customer contact data, including email and postal addresses, and assists in creating email lists.
Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities - Email & Data Management Specialist:
50% of the time: Monitor several email inboxes including info.baxs, leads.baxs, and webshop daily. Read, translate, interpret, and take action on each message. Forward messages to the appropriate team or manually enter them as a Lead or Contact in AXS’s Salesforce.com org.
15% of the time: Process RFQ email notifications from third-party portal lead sources, such as DirectIndustry. Respond to each request, manually enter each as a Lead, and add it to the appropriate Campaign.
15% of the time: Manage email auto-replies, bounces, opt-outs, and create e-newsletter lists on a monthly basis. Assist with creating and cleaning other email marketing lists for webinars, product promotions, service contracts, and other campaigns, as needed.
20% of the time: Assist with data maintenance tasks in CRM and Marketing Automation Platform systems, such as updating contact information, translating local-language fields to English, standardizing data, and enhancing records with data from other sources.
Qualifications:
Experience:
