Marketing Communication Director directs, implements, monitors, and evaluates marketing communications strategy and programs, including advertising, branding, product promotion, and regulatory matters. Designs, develops, and distributes consistent themes, messaging and branding throughout all communication touch points. Being a Marketing Communication Director builds cross-functional relationships with organizational stakeholders to understand products, customers, and industry and develop a focused communication program. Oversees efficient processes for the regulatory review and approval of communication materials. You must possess the ability to execute on Integrated Marketing Fundamentals, such as brand strategy, market positioning, campaign management, narrative development, product marketing, digital marketing, community management, events, go-to-market strategy and the ability to develop a measurement framework to ensure our brand efforts are growing both more impactful and more efficient over time.

Your marketing acumen, project management and diplomacy with cross-functional partners will be essential in earning trust with our partners and executing successful campaigns.
You excel at collaborating cross-functionally and with external partners (including Sales, Public Affairs, Operations, CX, and Business Development) to drive marketing initiatives for new & existing customers and create brand moments, all the while navigating the dynamic landscape of a brand repositioning amidst rapid growth and an ever changing cultural and political landscape.
Most important, you will play a critical role in shaping the success and growth of the Highland brand by ensuring efficient and effective program administration and leading the integrated marketing activities of the marketing team.
